When will I receive my order?

We aim to send everything the next working day after purchase. We send our orders first class recorded delivery. If you have not yet received your order then please wait until 7 (UK) or 14 (Everywhere Else) days after dispatch before contacting us.

I've used the wrong shipping address with my PayPal.

Simply use the contact form in the navigation bar if you need to change the postal address. Please do this ASAP as we do aim to send everything the next day. In the email please include your full name, order number, the new address and also the address that you originally purchased the item using.


I don't have a PayPal account.

That's ok, you can simply pay for your items by typing in your credit card details in the form provided at checkout.


Are your tees unisex?

Yes, everything we do is in standard sizes and all are suitable for both sexes.


Will you sponsor me/us?

We love to get people wearing our clothing, but as we are a newly established label with relatively small stock levels, we can't sponsor every person/group that gets in touch. We only consider people that have upcoming tours/photoshoots/videoshoots and are extremely pro-active, with a large following and who interact with their fans. We also want the people we sponsor to stand by the ethos of Smate Apparel and be people that like to embrace life. Use the contact form above and someone will get back to you.


Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original condition. We will exchange the item on receipt, Alternatively, if preferred, we will issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge.

Terms & Conditions: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been bought in a sale, unless the fault is at our end and we have sent you the wrong size/design.
